Peter Charles Caramihalis

LEWISTON – Peter Charles Caramihalis passed away Oct. 3, 2025. He was born Dec. 2, 1987.

He leaves behind his mother, Rebecca Curtis Cote and stepfather, Jeff Cote, of Auburn; his sister, Amy Caramihalis, of York; his daughter, Theresa Studley of Sanford; his grandmother, Lorraine Bergeron Cote of Auburn. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles; cousins; nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.

He was predeceased by his father, Peter Thomas Caramihalis, of Sanford.

Peter loved being with family, family gatherings and dinners, playing cards, bonfires, cookouts and holidays. He spent a lot of time with his mom, checking in on her and spending time with her.

As a child he went to Sanford schools and then moved to Readfield and went to Maranacook, graduating with the class of 2006.

Pete will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Pete would want to be remembered with a smile because he always had a smile for everyone. He never spoke badly of anyone. He was a kind soul. He is now with his best friend and cousin again, Nick Caramihalis. The “two amigo’s.”

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, Oct. 17, at 2 p.m., at Sacred Heart Church, Auburn. Arrangements by Funeral Alternatives.
