Roger D. Francoeur
WESTBROOK – Roger D. Francoeur died peacefully after a short illness on Aug. 16, 2025. He was born on Feb. 18, 1936, in Westbrook to Roland and Paula Francoeur.
Visiting hours will be held Sunday, Aug. 24, from 2-4 p.m. with a service on Monday, Aug. 25 at 10 a.m. at Dolby, Blais & Segee Funeral Home, 35 Church St., Westbrook. Interment will be private at St. Hyacinth Cemetery in Westbrook.
