Robert A. Longo
BATH – Robert A. Longo, 74, of Bath, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2025.
Bob was born in Syracuse, N.Y. where he lived most of his life. He was a man of simple pleasures. He found peace wandering in the woods and hunting with his brothers, joy in time spent with loved ones, satisfaction in supporting local businesses, and purpose through his dedicated volunteering at the Wiscasset, Waterville and Farmington Railway in Alna, where he was a beloved steam engineer and a lifetime member.
Bob was many things to many people. To his wife, Susan (Kremin), he was her rock. To his daughters, Elizabeth Longo (Josh Recave), Sheila-Ann (Jason Lamontagne), and Cyndi, he was a fierce supporter. To his granddaughter, Amelia (Lamontagne), he was her BADA.
He was predeceased by his parents Rocco Longo and Stephania (Lis).
He will be missed by many.
