Priscilla H. Hall

TOPSHAM – Priscilla H. Hall, 94, of Topsham, died on Friday, July 4, 2025.

She was born in Brunswick on Jan. 4, 1931, to her beloved parents Francis R. and Yvette (Bernier) Howland. She attended John A. Cone and Pejepscot Grammar Schools, graduated from Brunswick High School in 1949, and attended Beal College for two years.

On Sept. 20, 1952, Priscilla married Frank E. Hall, who predeceased her in March 1995. She spent many wonderful years traveling and wintering in Florida with her companion, John Ketner, who predeceased her in February 2019.

Priscilla had a strong work ethic. She had a knack for numbers and worked as a secretary and bookkeeper for Grumbacher, Inc and Crockett Manufacturing. She later moved into many roles for the town of Topsham, retiring as the Town Manager/Treasurer in 1997 following 25 years of service.

She was a member and past president of Brunswick Business and Professional Women and Brunswick Toastmistress Club.

Priscilla had many interests including traveling. She was a talented seamstress, excellent cook, and avid reader. She loved her family very much and was the beloved “Grammy ‘Cilla”, a title that she held dearly.

She is survived by her son ,David Hall and his wife Barbara, her daughter, Gail Aseltine; four grandchildren, Heather LaFramboise and her husband Josh, Lyndsay Frank and her husband Chris, Brian Aseltine, and Sam Aseltine; and four great-grandchildren, Noah LaFramboise, Cora LaFramboise, Olivia Frank and Elliot Frank.

Priscilla’s funeral will be held on Friday July 18 at 11 a.m. at Stetson’s Funeral Home, 12 Federal St., Brunswick. Visiting hours will be Thursday July 17 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rogers Cemetery, Topsham following the funeral.

Arrangements and guidance are in the care of Stetson’s Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 12 Federal St., Brunswick, Maine.
