The cowardly censure of Rep. Laurel Libby is leftist retribution for a whole host of political shenanigans. At the heart of the matter is the proxy outrage at the public exposure of a biological boy, who shamelessly pole vaulted himself over the girls in Maine high school competition.
The outrage should be that it happened at all; censure for pointing out the obvious is procedural legislative malfeasance. The girls deserve to be free from this artificial competitive intrusion and allowed to conduct themselves as girls. This contrived decoy action serves to soften the blow to the consequences of the election and mimics the weaponization of the U.S. Department of Justice in recent times.
The legislative left has outdone itself in deploying this censure publicity stunt while ultra-publicizing the pole vault boy they are so proud to protect.
