In the midst of the 2024 presidential campaign, the Democratic Party, in its grand tradition, appears bound and determined to (yet again) “snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.” The party, in its scramble to remain relevant, continues to mistake organizational chaos for sound political pragmatism. As our Irish friends say: “Saints preserve us.”
