You don’t really need a reason to head to Boothbay Harbor in the summertime, but just in case, here’s a free show to consider.
Twenty-four members of the United States Army Field Band’s Soldiers’ Chorus will perform a free concert at 3 p.m. Sunday. Doors open at 2:30 p.m., and all you need to do is show up; no tickets are needed.
The performance is called Let Freedom Sing, and you’ll hear patriotic, Americana and new works from the critically acclaimed vocalists.
The Opera House at Boothbay Harbor is at 86 Townsend Ave.
