Army Pvt. Arianna M. Corkum has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla. She is the daughter of Robin Doiron of Westbrook and Steven Corkum of Gorham and is a 2009 graduate of Westbrook High School.

Army National Guard Pfc. Johnathan A. Rutterford has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C. He is the son of Patrick and Linda Dennison of West Baldwin and is a 2000 graduate of Averill High School, Hinckley.

Air Force Airman Samantha S. Marcello and Air Force Airman 1st Class Noah R. Burdick have graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

Marcello is the daughter of Tracy Marcello of Windham and is a 2009 graduate of Windham High School.

Burdick is the son of Elizabeth Burdick of Watertown, N.Y., and John Burdick of Scarborough. He graduated from Sackets Harbor, N.Y., Central School and Drexel University, Philadelphia.
