Three people were injured in a two-car crash Friday evening in Raymond.

Roosevelt Trail (Route 302) was closed for nearly two hours after 44-year-old Karen Beaulieu of Biddeford crashed into the back of a car that was attempting to turn into the Raymond Beach parking lot around 7:30 p.m.

Anna Apon, 35, of Raymond, who was turning into the parking lot, and a passenger were taken to Bridgton Hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening. Beaulieu was taken to Maine Medical Center with injuries that also are believed to be non-life threatening, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

Police believe that speed, inattention and alcohol were factors in the crash. The cause remains under investigation.
