So much news on abortion access and never a word on preventing unwanted pregnancies. Why is this so? Shouldn’t our educators and people who write the news publicize the significance of attacking this problem “upstream”?

Didn’t we all learn, at a young age, the expression: “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure?” In this era of supposed higher intelligence and almost infinite media opportunities online and offline, why doesn’t someone come forth with recommendations for preventing the need for an abortion?
