Donald Marshall Millett

GORHAM – Donald Marshall Millett, 79, passed away on Oct. 31, 2022, headed off on his next great adventure.

He graduated from the Windham school system and went to Wentworth University as well as the University of Southern Maine. His passion for the outdoors lead him to enjoy hiking, biking, rock climbing, canoeing and kayaking throughout North America.

Don is survived by his wife and soul mate, Mary Jane Millett; son, Timothy George Millett; granddaughter, Sofia Millett Ojeda; sister, Shirley Millett, brother, Hartley Millett and wife Nancy and sister-in-law, Margaret Robena Turner; as well as several nieces, nephews; and cousins.

A memorial visitation for Donald will be held on Monday, Nov. 7 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Jones Rich and Barnes Funeral Home, 199 Woodfords St. Portland, followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m.

Inurnment will be private at Naskeaq Cemetery in Brooklin.
