SATURDAY

Bean supper, serving red hot dogs, coleslaw, American chop suey, two types of homemade beans, biscuits and dessert. 5 to 6 p.m. at Amvets Post 6, 1095 Lewiston Road, Rt 100, New Gloucester. Friends of Old Corner Church 15th annual baked ham supper, 4 to 6 p.m. at the Masonic Lodge, Route 202, 165 Waterboro Road, Alfred. $9 adults, ages 10 and under free. Indoor seating with take-out available. Funds raised will support restoration and upkeep of the historic 1804 church located at the corner of West Road and Federal Street in Waterboro. Roast pork supper, includes roast pork, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetables, applesauce, roll, drink, and dessert. Choose to dine in or take it to-go. 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Mt. Olivet Lodge 203 at 48 Liberty Road, Route 220, Washington. Make any check payable to Mount Olivet Lodge. $12 per meal.
