Buxton will hold a special town meeting at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 2, to vote on the use of federal American Rescue Plan Act funds.
The town wants to appropriate $58,000 to upgrade the town-wide phone system and to spend $169,984 for improved patient care and transport equipment for the Fire and Rescue Department.
A moderator will be chosen to preside over the meeting.
