SPRINGVALE — The annual plant sale of the University of Maine Cooperative Extension Master Gardener Volunteers in York County will be Saturday, May 22, from 8:30 a.m. to noon, at the UMaine Extension office, 15 Oak St., Springvale.
Annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, and houseplants will be for sale. Master Gardener volunteers will be available to advise and make garden suggestions.
All proceeds benefit Master Gardener Volunteer programs in York County, including Garden Angels, Maine Harvest for Hunger and demonstration gardens.
This year’s sale will require masks, and distancing will be observed. There will be a one-way path through the sale in an effort to keep everyone safe.
