Biographer James Carter will talk about his book “Call Me ‘Gus’: The Story of Admiral George E.R. Kinnear II, USN (retired),” which offers a unique look into the special generation of naval aviators who ruled the skies over Korea and Vietnam, and who led the way for today’s corps of Navy combat pilots. Copies of the book will be available to buy and for signing.
