A fire that broke out in a home on Little Sebago Lake in Gray on Tuesday night destroyed the structure, but the person who was in the home escaped.
Deputy Fire Chief Bob Ryan told WGME-TV that there is no driveway leading to the home, so it was difficult for firefighters to move equipment.
The fire at 136 Birchwood Road was reported at 7:30 p.m. The home was fully engulfed in flames by the time fire crews arrived. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
