
Showalter is responsible for overseeing all production, procurement, shipping and receiving, inventory, and IT activities.
Showalter first joined FHC in 2005 as a member of the engineering department. During her eight years with the organization, she held positions in engineering and technical support, serving as a product manager for four years. She left FHC in 2011 to join the R&D Department at Molnlycke Health Care in Brunswick, assisting in the development of wound care products. After spending a year in R&D, she was promoted to the position of manufacturing manager, where she was responsible for the supervision of 40-plus employees.
Showalter is a 2004 graduate of Bowdoin College in Brunswick.
When not at work, she volunteers with the American Red Cross, the United Way, and as a member of the FHC-Community Education Foundation scholarship committee. She and her husband live in West Bath with their son, Nate.
