BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Junior High School eighth-grade girls soccer team defeated Bath Middle School, 9-1 recently.
The Huskies, led by Ella Gagnon, were relentless moving the ball around the field. The Huskies got goals from Molly Taub, Ophelia Ladner, Emma Charbonneau, Piper Mann and Abby Sharpe.
Mia Klimash blasted one into the net from outside the 18-yard line and Riley McIntyre notched a pair of goals on the day with several assists. Riley McCallister, Morgan Foster and Logan Brown were solid on defense.
Emily Fairbanks and Brynn Peterson shared net duties for Brunswick in the win.
Bath’s goal was scored by Audrey Crews, with an assist by Delaney Pascuzzo.
