DURHAM, N.C. (AP) — Madison Cable scored 18 points and No. 3 Notre Dame beat Duke 68-61 on Monday night for its 14th straight win.
Freshman Arike Ogunbowale added 16 points and Brianna Turner had 12 for the Fighting Irish (21-1, 9-0 Atlantic Coast Conference).
Notre Dame blew a 13- point lead and trailed by five with under 6 minutes to play before reeling off 13 straight points while holding Duke scoreless for 6 1/2 minutes.
Rebecca Greenwell had 16 points to lead Duke (16-7, 5- 4). Her twisting, left-handed layup with 7 minutes left put the Blue Devils up 55-50. But they followed that with 10 empty possessions while Notre Dame took over.

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) — Ameryst Alston scored 24 points, Kelsey Mitchell had 22 and Ohio State beat Illinois for its fifth straight victory.
The Buckeyes (17-4, 9-1 Big Ten) shot 44 percent from the field and struggled to pull away until Mitchell’s seven fourth-quarter points silenced the Illini (8-13, 1-9).
Illinois center Chatrice White had 26 points and 10 rebounds. Sophomore guard Brooke Kissinger scored a career-high 15 on five 3-pointers.
No. 9 Oregon State 67,
No. 8 Arizona State 44
CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Jamie Weisner scored 25 points on 9-for-10 shooting to lead Oregon State past Arizona State in a matchup of the Pac-12 Conference’s top teams.
Ruth Hamblin had 12 points and eight rebounds, and Sydney Wiese added 14 points, nine rebounds and six assists for the Beavers (18-3, 9-1). Wiese also committed six turnovers, but Oregon State won its fourth straight over the Sun Devils and eighth in a row overall.
Sophie Brunner scored 13 for the Sun Devils (18-4, 9-1), who were seeking a school-record 16th consecutive win.
The Beavers took control with a 15-2 run to start the second half.
Syracuse 57,
No. 16 Miami 51
CORAL GABLES, Fla. (AP) — Alexis Peterson scored 10 of her 16 points in the fourth quarter and Syracuse defeated Miami for its first road win against a ranked opponent since the 2013-14 season.
Peterson had four of the Orange’s 13 steals and Miami turned it over 26 times, which led to 15 points on the other end.
Briana Day made a go-ahead basket with 45 seconds left and Syracuse hit six of eight free throws the rest of the way.
Syracuse (16-6, 6-3 ACC) made just 20 of 70 shots (29 percent), but the Orange grabbed 18 offensive rebounds and hit 13 of 18 free throws.
Adrienne Motley led Miami (18-4, 6-3) with 16 points.
