AUBURN — The Corporate and Community Services Department at Central Maine Community College will offer “Human Resources Boot Camp” on March 2 and 9, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The cost of the program is $495 and includes all materials.
The interactive and informative series is designed for individuals new to the human resources profession or supervisors and managers who need to understand the human resources function. The course will offer a comprehensive overview of the human resources roles and responsibilities, and provides information to help reduce potentially costly lawsuits and improve employee management skills.
The course will be facilitated by Beverly MacCallum, a human resources business partner and assistant V.P. for Androscoggin Bank.
