BRUNSWICK — In addition to voting unanimously to authorize Town Manager Gary Brown to enter a contract with Ledgewood Construction to serve as the contract manager for the Brunswick police station project, the Town Council on Monday:

— Heard updates on activities at People Plus, including the hiring of new program and outreach coordinator Rebecca Banks.

— Heard updates from Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority Executive Director Steve Levesque on the redevelopment of Brunswick Naval Air Station.

— Heard an update on the status of late property tax payments from Brunswick Publishing LLC, which publishes The Times Record.

— Held a public hearing and unanimously approved an alcoholic beverage license application from J.J. & M, LLC, doing business as Benchwarmers Sports Pub, Jennifer Lewis, 212 Maine St.

— Held a public hearing and unanimously approved submitting a request for a $200,000 federal Community Development Block Grant from the town on behalf of Integrated Marine Systems, located at Brunswick Landing.

— Voted unanimously to set a March 19 public hearing on proposed changes to the Municipal Code of Ordinances,

Chapter 5 Buildings and Building Regulations, to update building permit language and fees regarding mobile homes and open airunattached structures.

— Unanimously approved Sellers of Prepared Food on Public Ways licenses for the businesses Wrappers, Lola’s Taqueria, Danny’s Dogs and the Brunswick Farmers Market.

— Unanimously approved Sellers of Prepared Food on Public Ways and outdoor seating for the businesses Great Impasta, 42 Maine St.; Flipside, 111 Maine St.; and Gelato Fiasco, 74 Maine St.

— Unanimously approved the reappointment of Charles Frizzle, 1 Sagamore Lane, and Dann Lewis, 7 Leeward Cove Road, to the Planning Board.
