BATH — Midcoast Family University will offer a fiveweek class titled “Stress and Anxiety Management,” beginning Monday.
Sessions will run from 7 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. Mondays at Flaming Physical Therapy, 11 Elsinore Ave. The fee is $25 per person or $35 per couple, which includes materials.
