Rep. Joyce Mccreight of District 51, (eastern end of Brunswick, Harpswell and West Bath) is exactly the type of person who should be representing this district. Why? She is human! She is not a politician, she is a legislator. She is real! You can sit down with her, have coffee, and talk about the issues that need to be addressed. She listens and she acts.

“Jay” McCreight is a retired clinical social worker/clinical counselor. She is a wife, a mother of two, a grandmother of four and she is just like you and me. When I sat down with her to talk about an important issue, she listened and when it was time for me to speak in front of a committee, Jay was there to support me and the issue! Jay McCreight is human. We need humans in legislative positions so that human issues can be addressed. Jay McCreight is an asset to this community. She has compassion and is here for the people!
