
Aldrich, a native of Durham and a graduate of Brunswick High School, returns to his home state after eight years in Denver, Colo., where he was executive sous chef at Epicurean Catering LLC, which creates menus and produces food for the Denver Broncos executive suites.
“As much as I liked the excitement of living and working in the national sports spotlight, I am overjoyed to be returning to my home state after nearly a decade away,” said Aldrich. “Sebasco’s exquisite setting on the coast of Maine and its emphasis on native Maine seasonal foods is exactly in line with my philosophy and dreams as a chef.”
Aldrich will oversee all of Sebasco’s dining offerings, including its multiple restaurants and its wedding and event management.
Sebasco Harbor Resort has an 85-year-old history of offering a “Pure Maine Experience” to all of its guests — whether it be for an overnight or a dining experience.

Aldrich graduated from the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vt., before completing his externship at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Fla.
