“Signs of Spring II,” an invitational exhibit curated by Suzanne Weiss, a Realtor at Roy Farmer Associates and former arts administrator, includes work by more than 15 artists from the Mid-coast region.
The exhibit includes works by Elaine Reed, Judith Conlan, Victoria Hope Jackson, Andreas von Huene, Leslie Emerson, Lea Peterson, Linda Murray, Jillian Herrigel,
Letty Chiew Husson, Katherine Gray, Shirley Lewis, Jane Dorr, Katherine Brill, Susie Perrine, Wayne Robbins and Debra Arter.
“The anniversary of our real estate office and opening of the exhibit was a huge hit with scores of people in attendance,” Nancy Carleton, president of Roy Farmer Associates, said in a release. “We exhibit the work of Maine artists all year long, but because of the incredible diversity and beauty of this exhibit, we decided to extend the exhibit and celebrate again as a preview for the Bath Third Friday Artwalks.”

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
