BATH — The Plant Home received a good balance of pitching and timely hitting to post a 13-0 win over Wiscasset Radar in recent Bath Cal Ripken Minor League interleague play.
Isaak Flaming and Josiah Yeaton struck out five in two innings of work a piece to set the pace for the Plant Home, while the offense was led by Jackson Walker’s triple and single.
Joey Cholish added a double and single, and singles came from Flaming, Yeaton, Thomas Warren, Alec Robson, Logan Pelletier and Max Brochu.
For Wiscasset, Dylan Orr struck out five in three innings of work and Jordan Faulkingham made a standout play in left field, robbing Yeaton of an extra base hit.
