BANGOR — Morgan-Carter Moulton launched two home runs and drove in four runs to power the Bangor High School softball team to a 7-3 Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference win over Mt. Ararat on Thursday.

The Eagles are 0-6 heading into today’s game at Lewiston (4 p.m.).

Gabby Gonzales added a pair of singles in the win, while Lydia Chase doubled and singled for the Rams.

Jaden Lohr doubled in a pair of runs in the first inning for a 2-0 Mt. Ararat lead.

Baseball

TOPSHAM — On Tuesday at Bowdoin College, Medomak Valley scored three runs in the sixth to rally for a 6-5 KVAC win over Mt. Ararat.

Ryan Creamer, Isaac McCollett and Gabe Allaire scored in the frame for Medomak Valley (4-1). Duncan Widdecombe had a pair of hits and drove in two runs.

Devin Tobin and Ben Freeman shared the pitching duties for Mt. Ararat combining on 10 strikeouts and five walks.

Brady Mitchell, Austin Damon and Tobin had two hits each, while Ryan Robertson singled and picked up two RBIs, with Kyle Secone adding a two-run double.

Girls lacrosse

BATH — Charlotte Gastonguay scored eight goals to power St. Dom’s to a 16-5 victory over Morse at McMann Field.

Maddie McDonough picked up a hat trick for Shipbuilders, who fell to 1-3 and visit Oceanside on Monday at p.m.

Avery Lutrzykowski had a seven-point game (three goals, four assists) for the Saints (2-0), while Emma Theriault had two goals, and Mia-Angelina Leslie, Addie Suckow and Emma Roy one apiece.

Kylie Grendell scored twice for Morse.
