LEWISTON — Connecticut College shot a season-best 56.1-percent from the field en route to a 71-54 NESCAC victory over the Bates in women’s basketball action Saturday afternoon.
Bates held its Senior Day, with former Freeport High School standout Nina Davenport and Brunswick’s Lyse Henshaw honored.
Davenport drained five 3- pointers and had 15 points, all coming in the first quarter. She also had nine rebounds.
The Bobcats visit Hamilton on Friday at 7 p.m.
