BRUNSWICK — Phyllis (Stover) Sawyer, wife of Ransom (Junior) T. Sawyer, who predeceased her, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Dec. 9, 2014. She was surrounded by her loving family and is survived by her three sons Ronald (Ronnie) Sawyer, James R. (Rik) Sawyer, and Keith Sawyer, her daughters- in- law Barbara, Kathy, Karen and Sherry, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, her sister Sue Giou, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two sons Ransom (Rannie) T. Sawyer III and Michael A. Sawyer.

Phyllis loved gardening, line dancing, and spending time at the beach with her family and friends. She was a kind, loving, generous person, and made lifelong friends wherever she went. She raised her family in Hudson, MA and worked at Lance Pewter and then moved to Five Islands and Brunswick, ME, where she enjoyed her work catering for Career Prospects. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
