BRUNSWICK — People Plus, Bayview Gallery and Priority Real Estate Group of Topsham are teaming up with local artist John Gable of Bath to help raise money for People Plus programs and senior and youth services on Friday, Sept. 14 from 6 to 8 p.m.

On display at Bayview Gallery through the month of September, Jack Gable’s new original oil painting “The Topsham Fair,” depicts the fair during the 1930 to 1940s-eras. Numbered prints can be purchased and signed by the artist for $75. The cost of signed prints for members of People Plus is $50.

According to a news release, Jim Howard, chief executive officer and president of Priority Real Estate Group, commissioned Gable’s painting as a way to give back to the community.

This is the third painting that Gable has produced to benefit People Plus through the sale of prints and notecards. These sales, made posible by Howard and Priority Real Estate Group, have raised hundreds of dollars for the nonprofit organization.
