TOPSHAM — Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is hosting grand opening celebrations at its three newly acquired branch locations in Augusta, South China and Topsham.

According to a news release, the Topsham event is scheduled for Friday. A ribbon-cutting presentation is scheduled to start at noon, and a barbecue style lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“These events are an opportunity to introduce the community to Bar Harbor Bank & Trust and celebrate with customers,” Chris Perry, vice president/regional market manager, said in the release.

The theme of the celebrations will focus on the bank’s 125th anniversary. Local branch staff along with company officers, senior management and board members of the bank will be present to visit with guests. Welcome gifts will be distributed, while supplies last.

All customers and community members are invited to attend the event at their local branch.
