LISBON — Lisbon Falls Baptist Church will host its 51st annual missions conference Oct. 20 to 24. This year’s theme is “Who Will Stand in the Gap?” based on Ezekiel 22:30.
Henry Cooper, pastor at Fayette Baptist Church, will be the main speaker. A ladies tea featuring many of the women missionaries will kick off the event on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at the Family Life Center.
Guest speakers at the conference include Roxanne Goodwin, Debbie Meroff, Rodrigo and Krystal Juliani, Eric Brown, Heather Fraser, Vicki Cooper and Vito Ancona, representing many countries around the world.
The Sunday morning service begins at 9:45 a.m. At noon, the church will host a buffet luncheon. The Sunday evening service begins at 6 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday services will begin at 6:30 p.m.
