CASTINE — Former Mt. Ararat High School standout Kristi Willey hit two 3-pointers in helping Maine Maritime Academy to a 69-65 North Atlantic Conference women’s basketball win over Colby-Sawyer on Friday.
Willey had 13 points, nine rebounds, four assists and two steals in the win.
On Saturday, MMA dropped a tough 62-60 NAC decision to New England College.
The Mariners are 9-9 overall, 6-6 in the NAC and host UMaine Fort Kent tonight at 6 p.m.
