BATH — Hyde School will hold a campus-wide community service day on Tuesday, Oct. 30.
Students, faculty and staff will participate in a wide range of projects as part of Hyde School’s commitment to community action and local groups, according to a news release.
Students will work at Camden Rockport Middle School, conducting a “Know Yourself/ Be Yourself ” workshop; and do projects benefiting Popham Beach State Park, Habitat for Humanity, the town of Phippsburg, Kennebec Estuary Land Trust, Maine Maritime Museum, the city of Bath, and The Nature Conservancy by clearing trails, picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and helping out as needed.
An asociated blood drive is scheduled from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in Hyde Theatre, 616 High St. Appointments are still available and can be made by calling 1-(800) REDCROSS.
