BRUNSWICK — Santa Claus will visit with children of all ages 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Dec. 1, in the elegant, Victorian-era parlor of the historic Skolfield-Whittier House, 161 Park Row.
Admission is free; families wishing to take photos should bring their own cameras. Refreshments will be served in the front parlor of the Pejepscot Historical Society adjacent to the Skolfield- Whittier House.
The Skolfield-Whittier House was once the home of Alfred Skolfield, a successful 19th-century sea captain, as well as his son-in-law, Dr. Frank Whittier, a pioneer in forensic pathology.
