Christopher Shawn Cappen, 39, of Bath was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop on Bath Road at 10:38 p.m. March 30.
Casely L. Chandler, 18, of Brunswick, was charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia, being a minor transporting liquor and improperly passing an emergency vehicle using lights, after a motor vehicle stop Route 1 northbound by Cook’s Corner at 10:50 p.m. April 2.
Benjamin Chase, 34, of Brunswick, was charged with operating with a suspended registration after a motor vehicle stop near McKeen and Union streets at 6:51 p.m. April 4.
Arrests
Gregory R. Moyer, 71, of Bath, was charged with operating under the influence after welfare check on Bath Road at Cook’s Corner at 10:29 a.m. March 30.
Derek Robert Graves, 25, of Litchfield, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license and on a warrant from Augusta District Court charging theft by deception. The charges were made after a motor vehicle stop near the corner of Old Bath Road and Deerfield Drive at 6:20 p.m. March 30.
Rook Thomas Hine, 39, of Brunswick, was charged with domestic violence assault after police responded to a disturbance on High Street at 10:55 p.m. March 31. According to police, a 34-year-old female victim apparently suffered minor injuries after being thrown to the ground but was not transported to the hospital. Hine was released on
1,000 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear April 21 in West Bath District Court.
Mary A. Normand, 19, of Brunswick, was charged with violating conditions of her release at the Brunswick Police Station at 1:12 p.m. April 1.
Robert Hespe, 29, of Brunswick, was charged on a warrant out of Augusta District Court for operating with suspended license at Gurnet Road at 5:46 p.m. April 2.
Paula Lessard, 44, of Topsham, was charged with operating under the influence after police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Station Avenue at 6:30 p.m. April 3.
Holly E. Railton, 43, of Brunswick, was charged on a warrant out of West Bath District Court for failing to pay fines on Cumberland Street at 9:25 p.m. April 3.
Jessica N. Akeley, 34, of Bath, was charged with violating conditions of her release after a motor vehicle stop near the intersection of McKeen Street and Baribeau Drive at 1:19 a.m. April 4.
