Nicholas A. Lane, 27, of 122 Post Rd., Richmond, was arrested Feb. 15 at 12:07 p.m. on Pownal and Durham roads, charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and possession of marijuana. Lane was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on April 16.

Glenn R. Wilson, 28, of 122 Post Rd., Richmond, was arrested Feb. 15 at 12:07 p.m. on Pownal and Durham roads, and charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and sale and use of drug paraphernalia. Wilson was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on April 16.

Wesley F. Jarbath, 23, of 21 Main St., Apt. 2, Freeport, was detained Feb. 14 at 1:12 p.m. on Mallett Drive and issued a summons for operating without a license and failure to wear safety belts.

Mac Lewis Krauthammer, 25, of 26 Bowker St., Brunswick, was arrested March 26 at 12:40 p.m. on Mallett Drive on a warrant from Portland District Court for unpaid fines. He was released on cash bail and ordered to appear in Cumberland County District Court on May 21.

Kelli L. Springer, 49, of P.O. Box 26, North Monmouth, was arrested March 24 at 8:02 p.m. on School Street and charged with operating while intoxicated. Springer was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court May 21.

Alina M. Ceinski, 25, of 18 Cass Lane, was detained March 24 at 5:54 p.m. at Bragdon and Curtis roads, and issued summonses for sale and use of drug paraphernalia and failing to yield right of way. Ceinski was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 21.

Karlyn K. MacBride, 38, of 24 Blueberry Cove, Yarmouth, was arrested March 24 at 1:19 a.m. on U.S. Route 1 and charged with operating while intoxicated. MacBride was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 7.

A female juvenile from Freeport, 15, was apprehended March 23 at 4:14 p.m. on Desert Road and charged with criminal threatening with a deadly weapon. She was taken to Long Creek Youth Development Center in South Portland to await a West Bath District Court date May 15.

Michael V. Paskell, 21, of 68 Pleasant St., Apt. 4, Auburn, was arrested March 23 at 1:32 p.m. on Morse Street and charged with violation of a protective order. Paskell was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 7.

Paige Pellerin, 46, of 183 Lower Main Street, was apprehended March 21 at 5:48 a.m. on Lower Main Street and Varney Road, and issued summonses charging her with operating after suspension and failure to produce evidence of insurance. Pellerin was ordered to West Bath District Court May 21.

Eric J. Yattaw, 28, of 134 Wardtown Road, was detained March 20 at 10 p.m. on Durham Road and issued a summons charging criminal speed. Yattaw was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 7.

Joel W. Lallier, 27, of 388 Snakeroot Road, Pittsfield, was arrested March 18 at 2:43 a.m. on Interstate 295 North and charged with operating while intoxicated and criminal speed. Lallier was taken to Cumberland County Jail to await arraignment and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 7.

Nancy E. Mocarski-Hartley, 51, of 659 Sheepscot Road, Newcastle, was arrested March 17 at 10:01 p.m. on Mallett Drive, and charged with operating while intoxicated. Mocarski-Hartley was taken to Cumberland County Jail in Portland to await arraignment and was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 21.

Nichole M. Brown, 24, of 6 Edes Falls, Naples, was apprehended March 17 at 5:04 p.m. at L.L. Bean and issued summonses charging theft. Brown was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 21.

Dale M. Parady, 30, of 6 Edes Falls, Naples, was apprehended March 17 at 5:04 p.m. at L.L. Bean and issued summonses charging theft. Parady was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 21.

Thomas W. Coffin, 44, of 18 Carriage Road, was arrested March 16 at 2:51 pm. on Main Street on a warrant stemming from prior charges of operating while intoxicated and driving to endanger. Coffin was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 21.

Caroline M. Rowell, 18, of 569 Poland Range Road, Pownal, was detained March 17 at 12:30 a.m. on Middle Street and issued a summons charging her with criminal trespass. Rowell was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on May 21.
