CASTLETON, Vt. — Nick Parsons scored to start a key 5-0 run as Green Mountain College edged past Thomas College, 9-8, in a North Atlantic Conference men’s lacrossegameonSaturday.
The Harpswell native Parsons scored on the man advantage for a 3-2 lead, and Green Mountain led 7-2 early in the second quarter.
Parsons finished with one goal and three assists.
Green Mountain faces Wheelock on Wednesday.
