
Nelson’s term will begin during the annual ACEC convention, to be held April 21-24 in Washington, D.C., where he will serve as a panelist for the seminar “The Impact of Tax Reform on A/E Firms.”
The role of the ACEC Tax and Regulatory Affairs Committee is to undertake legislative and regulatory advocacy work in the areas of tax, finance, employment policy, and other regulatory areas on behalf of ACEC member firms.
Nelson joined Wright-Pierce in 1995 and is responsible for the financial management of the firm. He is past president of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Maine and continues to serve on its board.
