BRUNSWICK — The Southern Midcoast CareerCenter, part of the Maine Department of Labor, offers a variety of services to help people find employment or upgrade skills, and to help employers find qualified workers.
Each of the state’s 12 CareerCenters provides public access computer work stations equipped with software for writing resumes and cover letters, as well as Internet access and skills assessment software.
In Brunswick, upcoming workshops for job seekers include “Resume and Cover Letter Writing,” “Effective Job Interviewing.” “PC Bootcamp for Novice Users” and “Job Search Strategies for Mature Workers.”
