BRUNSWICK — Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 330 Maine St., will host a Quilt-A-Thon on Saturday, May 18, from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
The goal is to assemble as many quilts as possible in that time period to benefit Lutheran World Relief’s Disaster Response Service. Quilts are one of the most requested items in a time of disaster and supplies are low at a time when the need is rising.
All skill levels can help with this project. Please call the church office at 725-6561 to register for the event by May 16 to insure that all materials necessary will be on hand.
