PORTLAND — Mainebiz recently announced that David Shaw, founder of IDEXX Laboratories and managing partner of Black Point Group, will headline this year’s Momentum Convention, which will be held on Oct. 17 at the Augusta Civic Center.
This year’s convention theme challenges Maine businesses to “Think Big” and to that end, the convention features a lineup of innovative CEOs from Maine-based businesses. Shaw will be joined by Luke Livingston of Baxter Brewing, Nicholas Yardi of Sappi Paper, Laurie Lachance of Thomas College, Karem Durdag of Bioventions, Corky Ellis of Kepware and Art Baston of Lucas Tree.
The Momentum Convention is an annual gathering of more than 1,000 decision makers and leaders from some of Maine’s biggest and fastest growing companies.
