David Spellman, 51, of Westbrook, May 4, 2010, protective order from harassment violation, jail 364 days; stalking — serious inconvenience or emotional distress, jail four years; in separate incident April 14, 2010, stalking — serious inconvenience or emotional distress, jail four years; protective order from harassment violation, jail 364 days.
Daniel Sproul, 34, of Bath, Jan. 8, violating condition of release, jail 10 days; in separate incident Jan. 1, domestic violence assault, jail 10 months all but 30 days suspended, probation two years.
John Touchton, 54, of Richmond, Aug. 10, 2010, unlawful possession of oxycodone; stealing drugs, not guilty on both counts.
Bruce K. Wyman Jr., 46, of Phippsburg, Nov. 13, 2010, unsworn falsification, dismissed, pleaded to another charge; illegal possession of a firearm, $1,500.
Timothy Zorach, 70, of Corralitos, Calif., May 1, 2010, operating under the influence, $500, jail 72 hours, license suspended 90 days.
