WEST BATH — Cases of local interest closed in Sagadahoc County courts in May:

Joseph A. Pinkham, 24, of Georgetown, guilty of possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum size, $2100 fine, for an incident in Georgetown on March 11.

Heather Precopio, 27, of Bath, a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, was dismissed, for an incident in Bath on August 13, 2012.

Thomas Quinn, 47, of Topsham, guilty by default (a noshow) of littering (leaving dog feces on a lawn), $500 fine, for an incident in Topsham on March 17.

Rebecca E. Ray, 32, of Brunswick, a charge of operating under the influence, 1 prior, was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on March 8.

Sierra L. Reichert, 26, of Wiscasset, a charge of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on February 29.

Michael Richards, 22, of Bath, guilty of domestic violence assault, 4 months in jail, all but 24 hours suspended, 2 years probation, for an incident in Richmond on February 24; a charge of operating a vehicle without a license in Bath on February 27, was dismissed.

Kensley Richardson, 17, of Brunswick, guilty of failure to stop, remain and provide information, $500 fine, for an incident in Brunswick on March 5.

James D. Riley, 25, of Portland, a charge of operating a vehicle without a license, was dismissed, for an incident in Brunswick on March 21.

Amber N. Rose, 31, of Boothbay, guilty of operating a vehicle without a license, $150 fine, for an incident in Bath on March 28.

Blake Sandelin, 31, of Richmond, guilty of domestic violence assault, 3 months in jail, all suspended, 1 year probation, for an incident in Richmond on December 29, 2012.

Joseph Schreiber, 29, of Lisbon, a charge of motor vehicle speeding: 30+ mph over the speed limit, was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Freeport on March 15.

Jaime Selvey, 33, of Brunswick, guilty of operating a vehicle without a license, $100 fine, for an incident in West Bath on April 3

Brian A Sherwood, 22, of Topsham, a charge of furnishing liquor to a minor, was dismissed, for an incident in Topsham on May 12.

Amber Simmons, 31, of Topsham, guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, $200 suspended, for an incident in Topsham on January 28; guilty of operating a vehicle while license suspended revoked, with priors, $500 fine, for an incident in Bowdoin on April 14.

Mark Smith, 39, of Topsham, a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, was transferred to Superior Court, for an incident in Brunswick on Sept. 15, 2011.
