Godbout joins Holland Chiropractic in Bath

BATH — Holland Chiropractic Wellness Center recently announced that Jennifer Godbout, D.C., has joined its practice.

Godbout brings a wealth of knowledge to the practice, having graduated with her doctorate in chiropractic and her master’s of science in nutrition and human performance from Logan University St. Louis, in Missouri, in April 2015. Previously, she earned her bachelor of science in kinesiology from the University of Maine at Orono.

Godbout uses many techniques in practice and specializes in activator methods. She has been ranked advanced proficiency in activator methods, bringing a broader focus on this technique to the practice.

Originally from Winthrop, Godbout is excited to be back in her home state. “I am very excited to be joining such an amazing team that is committed to promoting health and wellness,” she said.

MEMIC promotes LeClair of Durham

PORTLAND — Workers’ compensation specialist, MEMIC Group, has announced the promotion of Rebecca LeClair to information technology director of Application Development, where she will oversee the maintenance and enhancement of MEMIC’s operational information systems on all platforms.

Steve Hughes has been promoted to LeClair’s former position of director of IT Operations.

LeClair joined MEMIC in 1999 as a manager of IT Operations and in 2005 was promoted to director of IT Operations. She began her career in information technology in 1984 at footwear manufacturer and retailer G.H. Bass & Co., later purchased by Phillips Van- Heusen.

LeClair served on the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds (AASCIF) IT Committee for four years. She graduated summa cum laude from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minn., with a bachelor’s degree in information technology and a specialization in project management.

Originally from Pownal, LeClair now lives in Durham with her husband, John.
