PEAKS ISLAND — Kassandra Marie Duffy and Michael Charles Cota Jr. of Harpswell were married on June 23, 2018, in a ceremony at Jones Harbor Landing on Peaks Island. Performing the service was Madeline Hill.

Serving as the maid of honor was Shannah Duffy of Brunswick, while the bridesmaids were Jen Lewis of Bowdoin, Allary Grasso of Wiscasset, Destiny Dauphin of Brunswick, Mary Sawyer of Brunswick, Carly Sinyard of Brunswick, Amy Waterman of Woolwich, and Kirsten Manion of Brunswick.

The flower girls were Sophie and Lexie Lewis of Bowdoin, and Haylie Clemens of Harpswell, while the ring bearer was Bentley Douglas of Harpswell.

The best man was Sterling Douglas of Harpswell, while the groomsmen were Mark Cota of Harpswell, Tyler Hodgkins of Harpswell, Seth Bohan of Harpswell, Scott Merryman of Harpswell, Teagan Wright of Brunswick, Matt Clemens of Harpswell, Justin Diver of Brunswick, and Adam LeClair of Harpswell. The ushers were Ryan Duffy and Joshua Hurt.

Music for the ceremony was provided by the Kaph Quartet.

A reception was also held at Jones Harbor Landing, with music/entertainment provided by District 21 of Boston.

Duffy, daughter of Christopher and Anita Duffy of Brunswick, is a 2005 graduate of Brunswick High School, 2010 graduate of the University of Southern Maine, and is employed by the Brunswick School Department.

Cota, son of Michael and Patty Cota Sr. of Harpswell, is a 2002 graduate of Mt. Ararat High School, and is self-employed.

The destination of their wedding trip is Thailand.
