The Windham Raymond School District, Regional School Unit 14, and the Sebago East Shore Education Association have agreed to a three-year labor contract effective in August.

The contract includes a 2 percent cost-of-living increase in each of the three years, relatively stable health insurance cost sharing and a review and rewrite of many of the conditions of employment.

The agreement is the first for the newly formed school district.
