
He was born Sept. 2, 1959, to Lucille and Arthur Lessard in Stafford Springs, Connecticut. He went first to Old Orchard schools and graduated from Biddeford High School.
On Sept. 10, 1982, he married Carol (Michaud) Lessard.
He became a police officer at age 18 and worked first with the Saco Police Department and later with the Kennebunport Police Department. From 1984 to 2009, he was a truck driver.
His favorite hobby was working with model railroads.
He was preceded in death by: his parents and his son, Justin.
He is survived by: his wife, Carol; daughter, Amanda and husband Damien Weaver of Biddeford; and two grandchildren, Hannah, 2, and Johnathan, 4.
There will be a funeral at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, at Seacoast Chapel, 228 Buxton Road. Saco.
