
He was born on July 20, 1929, a son of William and Annabelle (Emerson) Walton in Saco.
Everett attended Saco schools and received his GED in 1960. He married Pauline Brackett on April 8, 1950. They shared 55 years together until her death on July 5, 2005.
Everett worked as a lobsterman for 25 years until he retired in the early 1990s. He enjoyed hunting and spending time with family and friends.
He is preceded by: two sons, Roger and James Walton; and his sister, Dorothy Patterson.
Everett is survived by: one daughter, Deborah Schneider and her husband Bob of Arundel; two sons, David Walton and his wife Mary of Westbrook, and Mark Walton of North Port, Florida; one brother, Howard Cutler and his wife Anna of Dixmont; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visiting hours. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 29, in Hope Memorial Chapel, 480 Elm St., Biddeford. Inurnment will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Saco. Arrangements are by Hope Memorial Chapel.
