David Hagan has joined Newcastle Realty after many years in customer service handling claims, sales, training, and tech support with UNUM, Aetna, United Health and Prudential insurance companies.  Having bought and sold eight houses on his own, he has always been interested in Real Estate. He likes to investigate properties and is thorough in his research. 

Hagan, his wife, Jill Latta, and their 2 children, Miles and Calliope, make their home in Damariscotta.

Sherri Dunbar of Tim Dunham Realty was named the 2019 REALTOR of the year by the Lincoln County Council of the Mountains to Shore Board of Realtors on June 19. The REALTOR of the Year Award annually recognizes the best in REALTOR spirit, business accomplishments, commitment in the REALTOR Association, and involvement in their local community.

Dunbar has been a Realtor since 2011 . She is Past-President and Director of the Wiscasset Area Chamber of Commerce, 2018 President of Lincoln County Council of Mountain to Shore Board of Realtors and 2019 Maine Association of Realtors Treasurer. Dunbar is a Maine native who has lived in the Midcoast region all of her life.
